Scope of work:

• move and cover all furniture
• Painting preparation: remove all nails, screws, anchors, fix stress cracks with fiberglass mesh tape and joint compound, prime water spots with oil0based primer. 
• prime new drywall - drywall damage repair.
• Trims and doors - two coats of white semi-gloss paint.
• Ceilings - tow coats of white Zero VOC flat paint.
• Walls - Two coats of Sherwin Williams low-sheen paint.
• Final cleaning: vacuum the carpets, wash hardwood and title floors, dust off furniture.
