Scope of work:
- move and cover all furniture
- Painting preparation: remove all nails, screws, anchors, fix stress cracks with fiberglass mesh tape and joint compound, prime water spots with oil0based primer.
- prime new drywall - drywall damage repair.
- Trims and doors - two coats of white semi-gloss paint.
- Ceilings - tow coats of white Zero VOC flat paint.
- Walls - Two coats of Sherwin Williams low-sheen paint.
- Final cleaning: vacuum the carpets, wash hardwood and title floors, dust off furniture.
